Title: aux gauge on the temp panel
Post by: crookc on April 16, 2008, 05:58:40 PM
This is the gauge that has date/time/temp/memo etc on the heating control panel. It looks like it has a short as it starts blipping in the screen.

What is it controlling if anything

How do I get it out of the panel.

Thanks:o

Nothing's really controlling it except the internal chipset. I have fount that if you press firmly on the plastic between the two rows of buttons, the flickering will more or less stop. If you want to get to the back of it, the panel on the left side inside the glovebox will need to come out.

Thanks for the info. I will have a go with the push thing, if not I will take it out and have a look.
