IE, was there a way to get it with a "plain" trunk at all? I don't care if it was only ordered by one person, its for SCCA regulations that I'm researching this, if it was, I can run a rear wing (downforce), but if every single 318is was delivered with a spoiler from the factory, I'm not allowed to.

The cabrios didn't have a rear wing and I think it was optional on the sedans. They would all be on the same line in the car class appendix. Not sure which class you are looking at, but that may may the swap legit.

Now I'm not sure if it matters. Really obscure damn rule means I'll probably be writing a letter to the SEB to figure it out.

I'm pretty sure that the Cabrios and the sedans didn't come with one, but the Is's did.

my IS never did. My dad bought it new and came with a Hartge body kit and wing. That was probly the dealer, though.

Cabrios didn't get the spoiler, we just got a leaky taillight on the decklid.

Pics? And ya it was because of the dealer, does it have a Hartge spoiler?
