After some questions about how and if will a 318tds manifold fit to M42 and M44s, here is a photogallery that I made with some pictures from the net:

it use a external wastegate!
As you can see the port spacing is the same between manifolds, so this maybe can another option, swapping those M41 flanges with some M42 head flanges :rolleyes:
