Anyone know about the quality of these parts? Are they OE?

They're most likely an aftermarket brand.

Lemfoerder is OEM and considered best in quality, hence the premium.

There one (a few?) ebay vendors selling stuff that, while labelled something german-sounding like 'Hamburg Munich Werks' (that's not exactly it, but you get the idea) ...are actually of chiwanese origin.
