Hi all,
I'm in the process of selling a 190e cosworth, i've already for the replacement for this car, a skoda octavia VRS. But i'm looking for a wekeend toy to play around with and strip down, maintain, upgrade etc.
I dont wanna start a 325 sport and 318is ruck again. But i'll be looking to get a 318is.
I'm currently toying with the idea of putting a blower on, but want to rebuild the engine first. As I will still want to use it at the weekends. I will be looking to buy a second engine, probably before I source a car.
Is it a reasonable assumption that an engine under or around 100k miles will be a good one to pick up and rebuild?
This will be my first engine rebuild, is the m42 a friendly one to rebuild?
Thanks for your time
Matt
