Title: Cheapest place to buy Bilstein Sports?

Believe it or not, Auto Zone also sells Bilsteins...  They do not stock them in house at the local stores, however, they CAN order them for you and have them shipped to your local store within 2-3 business days.  I bought a set of front & rear Bilsteins for my 94 Cobra (and prior 96 Cobra) and buying them through Auto Zone gives me a "lifetime warranty", so when I need to replace them, I just remove them, take them back to the store w/ my original receipt and they order up a new set - no issues, no charges.  

Try checking your local Auto Zone and see if it's possible to get them for a 318 or not - if the parts counter guy only looks in the computer and says "no listing", ask him to check their books/manuals they have behind the counter for a price for your application.
