Amsoil AMOhere (http://www.amsoil.com/storefront/amo.aspx?zo=1556971)

Is a great year-round oil.  With a high HT/HS (high temperature/high shear) viscosity, it provides great protection at the higher RPMs.

A 5w-40 is a good choice too... It flows to the bearings a bit faster at cold startup, and tends to provide slightly better fuel economy at cold startup too.  The diesel-spec oils are very robust.  I like Amsoil DEO here (http://www.amsoil.com/storefront/deo.aspx?zo=1556971)

Rotella synthetic 5w-40 is a good bang for the buck oil, Mobil delvac 1 is about as top notch as youll get in a non-boutique oil.  I'd avoid redline unless you have specific racing needs, as Ive not seen really good wear profiles from those using it, nor does it seem to have the best TBN retention.  As you're in Europe, I am sure that ELF and Motul have great 5 and 10w-40 oils that would fit your needs well.

Hope this helps, Please let me know if you have any questions.
