Title: Brake fluid light
Post by: toddz69 on January 05, 2008, 02:15:14 PM
My brake fluid light is on/off intermittently.  I've checked the fluid numerous times and it's at the proper level.  Would replacing the cap fix the problem?  Or do the sensor wire connections go bad?  Common problem?

Thanks,
Todd Z.

Wire connections most likely. Start the car and have someone else wiggle the wires to see if the light acts up. :)
If not, replace the cap.;)

OK, thanks.  I plugged/unplugged it today and it didn't seem to make a difference.  Is the cap easy to find?  Does BAP, for example, carry something like that?

Thanks,
