I recently bought an engine and transmission that came with a 6 puck ceramic clutch. Is this clutch too much for the street in terms of how fast it engages and holds. Is this clutch suitable for everyday driving? Thanks in advance.

Hard to say...
If You can change gears smoothly nothing wrong should happen... But if it is rough and it strongly pulls the car after the clutch catches the flywheel, You will definately shorten the normal live of Your tranny and diff ;-)
Nice clutch BTW ;)

Since it has an unsprung hub (no springs in the center), the clutch will act more like an on/off button. However, I have driven many unsprung-hub clutches just fine on the street. It will definitely grab though lol.
Short answer, yes you can use it everyday. If you are a trooper, you won't even mind it in traffic.
