Title: Diff, Transmission fluid change (questions)

Please educate me..
I have a 1991 318is, so I guess 4.10 LSD.
I should use Redline 75w-90 fluid? How much? 1.9 quarts? :confused:

For transmission, Reline ATF D4? 1.1 quarts? :confused:

Is it true I have to torque the bolts? even those annoying allen's on the lsd? What will happen if I just use my muscle? :D
