Title: Blinker Issue
Post by: EN318isPDX on October 08, 2007, 05:00:29 PM
When i turn my lights on they all turn on.. When i turn my right blinker on the front right rapidly flashes.. Rear one does nothing. i swapped the bulbs and that had no effect. is there some sort of relay that flashes the rear or is this just a poor wiring job?

Check your blinker relay on the steering column. ;)

Is one of the bulbs burned out? As in - the parking light portion may work, but aren't the turn signal bulbs dual filament?

very good point.. thats possible but thats weird the rear one wouldnt work at all.. Also i looked under the steering colum and all i found was the interior light relay... I tore all the padding out and didnt see any sort of relay besides the interior light one. I thought that was it until i unplugged it and nothing happened besides my car goin BEEP BEEP from the interior speaker

great success! was a loose wire in the trunk. Not the one that goes to the bulb but the other thing just before that... blinker fixed. blower motor is next
