I used the pedal test and it turned out 1211 - DME Fault. :D
What's the idea? The engine runs great. :)

1211 is DME control unit

I just put a haltech in and i have a perfectly good ecu your welcome to buy:)

You're so kind. :D As i said the engine runs perfect and i'm not changing the ECU because of a light that's probably wrong. :rolleyes:

Its pretty rare to see a 1211 fault, because generally speaking the ECU is bad and cannot output fault codes.

Well no one can do it all at the same time. Some work on the engine and then on looks others the other way around. :)

Ok so i changed the ground cable between the engine and chassis yesterday and the check engine light turned off (read first post). Drove the car about 10km and it lit up again, throwing 1226. Nice improvement. :rolleyes:
