will e36 m springs jack my front up higher? i know they fit since they are on my parts car..

I'd have to say yes, since they are designed to hold up a 6-cylinder front end.

Depends on free height and spring rate. Do they raise your parts car?

yeah but thats because there is nothing in the engine bay....
