Hello

Swiss piston to manufacture NUSSBAUMER, it receives the pistons from MAHLE then rebuilds them.

For the engine I will like 180/200 HP, rpm maximum 7500, compression ratio 10,7

Pierre,

do you know does Nussbaumer have a possibility to add Ferrostan coatings to their pistons? I ask this, because i have another project (a 3.0 liter Porsche 944 Turbo) going on, and it's Alusil engine block needs to have Ferrostan coated pistons. I have a supplier in Germany, but i would like to know what other possibilities there might be. Where in Switzerland Nussbaumer is located?

I can translate anything you want to french...it is my native tongue.

Thanks for the help. I suppose Piston company is quite surprised if Pierre asked them about the Ferrostan coated pistons, because i asked them and i also mentioned that manufacturer also to a friend of mine who lives in Zürich, Switzerland. My friend builds a similar Porsche engine and he also asked those pistons... So there might be three similar questions at the same time. i suppose they do not get inquiries concerning 104mm Ferrostan coated Porsche pistons every day ;) But i suppose more inquiries the better chances are to have those pistons manufactured :)

Salut silverblade.

For the french impaired, I'm asking him what engine managment he's using for the ITBs. I translate because I find it annoying when people chat in a language I can't understand and there could be some interesting information shared.

Hyvin ajateltu. Valtakieliä on helppo tulkita erilaisten internetistä löytyvien käännösohjelmien avulla. Koitappa löytää käännösohjelma joka osaa Suomea...

It's easy to translate most of the "big" lanquages with babelfish etc. Try to locate a translation program which can undestand Finnish or some other "small" lanquage.

That is a GREAT engine rebuild. No turbos or charging?

So you will get 180-200BHP just from individual throttles, compression and better internals?

Wow!

Well done - more pictures please!

The engine of 151 PS is presented here.

Early preparation engine M 42.

Here I present to you a little preparation I made a little over a year, I am an amateur like most of you, so there is no scientific computing, but rather a logical staff "In addition to reading, which deals with the preparation of the engines a little patience and passion.
Budget around 2500 to 3000 euros

The yoke
I dig little 1 mm. On the radius and then sanding depending on the desired finish and guides nine, the report volumetric is 10.5.

The Polish I rods
1) for the strength, so the polish or there is likely to break.
2) to ease, so the piston side is more important.
