Alright guys I dug around a bit and haven't had much luck...
I'm looking to pick up a '91 318i and want it pretty low...I know coilovers are the only way to go low...
There are lots of decent ways to drop a 325, but 318s seem to get the shaft. I know that the spring rates will be heavier in thge front of a 325, but what else distinguishes the two?
I have access to some pretty decent suspensions setups being part of the tuner retail side of things, but what can should I use...no less that 60mm in the front.
Thanks guys.

The oil pan kinda limits you on how far down you can go.. Im an even 1.3" drop front and rear (H&R 29664) and the pan sits really low. Luckily Im youst to driving really slammed cars so Im "aware" of the road.
EDIT: for reference of the H&R 29664's on 15's w/ 215/50's

As am I, my Volvo 245 was lowered roughly 4.0 inches :D
Really I'm much more conerned with a properly raked stance (i.e fairly even wheel gap) than I am with being slammed.
I will be running 16x8 et 20 on 205/50/16s and just want a full classy menacing stance...

As do I!
I really dont want the front fender gap to be more than the rear. I really want
to go the whole H&R race spring/Bilstein sport shocks setup but from what I've seen it even leaves wheel gap in the front fender wells as opposed to the rear.
Ionno:confused:

I have some nice springs from APEX suspension (google it ;) ) and they give the car a nice rake and ride similar to H&R sports. it is a 60/40 drop I believe.

Sorry about the pic quality. I'm on 15x7's, so there will be less of a gap for you guys.

That looks perfect for a daily, thanks. What type of shocks/struts are you running and how the ride quality? How did you get ahold of them? Their website shows no US distributor...
