Anybody have for sale?

If you don't care about the ///M logo, then you could just take off the stock knob, pop off the plastic shift pattern piece, drill straight through the knob, and run wires and a light through it. If it has to be red, get a plastic ruler or something, paint it red, and place it above the bulb. It looks the same as the Ebay ones.

Don't the wires come down the side of the knob, below the surface of the leather? How would you get the wires from the bulb to the plug?
BTW, I have one somewhere that I might be interested in selling.

The shift lever is a solid piece. You have to drill all the way down the inside of the knob to run the wires. Here's a link to a DIY.
