Title: rear subframe

well im putting a new rear sub frame in my car but im going to replace all the bushings. anyone using bmpdesign ones they seem to be the most cost efective ones.  and also any one use a Powerflex E30/Z3 Rear Differential Bushing from bimmerworld. just getting some ideas from people, and i dont care about nois or a harsh ride. any imput would be nice.

Check out AKGmotorsport.com. I've had nothing but good experiences with their service, but the only part of theirs that is currently installed is the poly diff bushing. My old one was shot, and this quieted down shifts immensly.

You will need a press to get some of these bushings out. Find one before you start the project, it will save A LOT of time. (ask how I know :)  )

the press wont be a big deal i work in a machine shop we got a few presses but thanks for showing me this site i think after the rear end is in i may have to buy the short shifter they have its a real nice looking peace

Ive got the Ireland Enginering subframe bushings(street ones) and BMP trailing arm bushings.  The BMP ones fit best over AKG or IE but all of them will work.
Have fun with the subframe its quite a job.  Make sure you have a freind to lend a hand itll make it much easier.
