Title: Batteries...

I found a cluster that i scored at the local salvage yard and I picked it up so that i can have a guinea pig...long story short.-the new cluster doesn't have any batteries at all. :confused:

Could someone clarify this for me please??

batteries for the matience reminder? you only need them if you want your car to tell you when to change the oil.

mpg  gauge  and tach are tied into  si circuit
