For my 1991 318 IS
ADDCO or Suspension Techniques?
Which one is preferred, where to get them and Part numbers?

suspension techniques FTW!!! however ST usually comes in a set of both front and rear sway bars.  it is by far the best upgrade ive done to my car.  i got mines from flyingbrickperformance.com

most sway bars dont vary in design or quality from brand to brand.  they really are just a hunk of bent metal.. theyre not like strut bars where design can really affect performance
