Title: Ouch. Wires behind front bumper?

what are the wires to that in frontare  of the aux fan for the A/C and behind the bumpers. I had to remove the kidney's to get to them.



What are these for? i know they are important but what should i expect to go out because some of the wires are cut now. and fixing has left thousands of little fibers in my hands! :mad:

found some of my front lights not working... thanks for the help!
