I've got a set of these rims wich are made of two pieces. Now my problem is, i took off all the nuts and the central part of the wheel won't come off! I've jumped on it and nothing. Oh, and also i didn't manage to get to bolts off either. I've tapped them just a bit because i didn't want to do any damage and nothing.
Anyone have any advice? Am i doing something wrong?

why are you taking them apart? Im not sure how too take them apart but i think it would probably be wise too let them be
-
they are probably glued together with some sort of sealant.
-
Try using a heatgun.

I want to take them apart because i want to give them a proper paintjob. Yes, it crossed my mind that there is a posibility that they could glued together but i hope not.:D I'll try tomorrow with a heatgun.

My dad has those rims on his E34. They are nice.
-
Not to be too picky but those are BBS style 5 wheels. I had a set of them and loved every bit of the staggered 17 x 8/ 17 x 9 aesthetic goodness they provided!
-
I'm not sure about those, but I know some companies heat the barrel to allow it to expand then put the center in and allow the barrel to cool and contract around the center, then put the bolts in.
-
I'll give the heatgun a chance tomorrow.
-
Done. They actually just needed some good hammering. :D

Vlad, how'd they turn out? Any pics of them mounted on your car?
