Post by: jajou318 on April 10, 2007, 12:41:07 PM
and I hear a bunch of shit inside the latter part of the exhaust. So while holding it muffler side down I turn it and turn it and this is what comes out of the piping:

What is it? Does this mean my exhaust is no bueno?

From my experience, that is bits of the catalyst. It isn't rust, and there isn't really anything else in the exhaust that looks like this. You could still use it unless you have to pass emissions.
