somebody send me this i dosent have try it for the moment but it can work ? maybe only with a chip and what about the ressistors ?

Is this the air temp sensor that goes in the front lower valance's duct for brake cooling? I thought it just read the outside air temp for the 6 button clock, calendar, temp OBC. Is it also an input for the fuel injection/timing computer?

the air temp sensor in the drawing is the one found in the AFM... in front of the barndoor flap.

I have seen that on Bimmerforums before.  I think it was a diagram from the infamous Jordan.  He had wired it in like that...

...BUT it also had custom software to back it up.  You could not just wire it in like that and have it work...the 2 sensors have very different outputs.  Sorry man!

Thanks for the info guys but i dont realy care about it coz im running m44 ECU and wiring :) i post it just for m42 buddys
