I haven't seen flaming here. I think its great you can wire up something like that. Personally I am challenged at the speaker change level. Enjoy.
-
hahaha... yeah i just sorta assumed... the flaming level has been close to none on all the forums which was nice... cause i was expecting to hear alot of omg your ruining the balance and such... which really... i am... but meh... i dont know what i am doing about cars at the moment... im thinking of another e30... and having fun with that while keeping this car as and audio machine daily driver
-
That looks like a SERIOUS amp
I have no issues with audio that's removable. If it's not removable, it's your car and you do as you please with it.
I have moved from a dual 12" sealed set up to a single ported 12" in my daily. When I had a single e30, I simply took it out at the track/auto-x.
It's nice to have some bumping bass for the daily drive. It makes the car enjoyable IMO :D

Nice amp, must make your music sound gooooooood. In the future it would be nice to have a bumpin' sound system, but right now I don't really need it.
Post pics of your final install.

400 bucks... from the guy at modz distributing, they retail for ALOT more
well it took some coaxing to get it in
including taking out the carpet, the trunk weather trim, the plastic peice around the trunk lock, and the tail light covers
but she fits like a glove so thats good
im pretty proud of it myself considering it was my first box... and i didnt have a table saw...
