Title: H&R Cup Kits?
Post by: gundy318 on February 18, 2007, 05:47:34 PM
I have the opportunity to buy an H&R Cup Kit for an e30 325i for pretty cheap and am wondering what the experts' opinions are here on the forum. Will they work on the 318is? It says that these cause negative camber and therefor increased wear, could someone explain any potential problems with this kit and possible solutions? Thanks

DON"T DO IT. Trust me on this man, my friend has this kit and it is way way soft. He always scrapes with this kit, and a m42 would make it worse then just scraping.

I'd stay away from it. But yes it works for the 318.

+1 - Don't do it.
My buddy ended up with a cracked upper and lower pan on his car. The kit is way too soft. It's purely aesthetic. Save a few more checks and get the IE stage III kit.
