I noticed today that if i it take the oil dipstick out with the engine running (doesn't matter if hot or cold) the engine tends to choke just like if the idle is too low. If i stick it back in, not a stutter.
The engines runs _perfect_ and i mean _perfect_ in every way.Hope i'm not spoiling it. :D E36 '94 M42 engine
What are your oppions? Does this normally happen or is it just me? I've got other friends with M20's with the same dilemma and their engines also run great.

Pulling the dipstick causes a vaccuum leak, thus the change in idle.
