Title: TRE Fuel Pump
Post by: hamann318is on August 03, 2020, 03:05:03 PM
Anyone have the TRE fuel pump for a long time? I've seen some older posts on it here, but want to see if it's worth going for that vs a factory replacement or if people have had long-term problems with it. I'm going to only be running a stock engine, so don't need insane flow or anything, but wanted to save some coin if I could from the stupidly expensive OEM option...

I installed the TRE 340 fuel pump on 1/14/2014 and had zero issues, except you need to change the fuel pump fuse the the next level up, and believe it went from 7.5amp to 15amp. Have driven over 20k on it included two long trips from Miami to Asheville, NC and back. Third one hopefully in October.
