What is the condition of it in?

Verts' get good money, so if it is nice, then yes, it is probably worth it.
I would drop the lower pan the moment you get it home with that mileage to check all of the bolts..

And keep in mind, a 318 vert', will be sluggish.

its pretty much mint condition, only problem is that its that teal color that i hate.. argh!
