Title: Has anyone been checking out the GRM 318iS project car blog?

Good reading if you haven't been following it. The newest post was a talk with Jim Rowe (Metric Mechanic) about how to lighten up the valve train. He's still on top of his game, the advice is excellent. Highly recommended!

I've been trying to keep an eye on it, Jim told me they were working on the GRM build around the same time they were building mine and said my engine might be in the background of some of the pictures.

That's awesome! I'll bet you can't wait to get that motor back, eh?

They do have some good ideas, I'm glad to see that there is still support for these motors. Even the late '97 M44 318Ti qualifies as a classic now, soon they'll be antiques!
