Track set up 2100-2200lbs H&R with Race springs,22mm front sway ,aggressive  camber/caster,stock engine(maybe cams)
Question. Rear sway bar..yes/no..size??  Experience trackers!!

I like my 19mm rear bar(22 up front). That said I'm on a relatively soft spring so the bar really helps keep the car flat and makes for a nice compromise between track and street use.

I run with koni yellow shocks at full stiff, some cheap lowering springs to get my car back at stock ride height (950kg e36) with stock rear ARB, but the front is disconnected.
It rolls to much, and the car is way to high, but i like how direct the steering is, with the front arb connected i find it to understeering.

With front ARB connected the car is more in balance, but not really to my liking.
