Title: Identifying an LSD diff ratio
Post by: Setanta on July 13, 2016, 06:23:15 PM
Hi there, I'm just trying to work out if this is a 4.11 LSD small case.

Is there anything I should be looking for other than leaky seals - and what oil is used in these?

Thanks

Hi

Yes it is a small case, back cover has 6 bolts. Medium has 8 bolts.
Count the number of teeth and divide the larger one by smaller one giving you the ratio.
Don't know what's up with the tag, it's not like any I have seen!

Cheers Rohan
