Title: e36 m42: which aftermarket exhaust to buy? Electric cut out option?

Was looking for stuff online but havent found much info since it's mostly 6 cyl.  Looking for something I can bolt on.  Would love an electric cut out to get more bark out of it.  Thanks in advance!
