Title: Ignition refrence
Post by: Gunni on January 22, 2007, 03:50:47 AM
I´ve never belived my 115deg to be accurate especially when I´ve needed to dial in more advance , it was in the high 30´s at WOT and high 40´s in low load,

But I was reading and my xms reads the ignition refrence from the cam shaft sensor and not the timing wheel, so I guess I need to put the sensor and mark on the same spot and then calculate the numbers of the timing wheel,
So I guess I need to double check everything,

And can you guys verify that the Arrow mark on the chain cover and a little mark in the timing wheel line up at TDC??
