This is a 666 manifold with a Jet-Hot coating.  I'm very impressed with the quality and workmanship.  I wanted a tuned manifold, but couldn't justify 2X the budget for a fully custom piece when there would be a chance it couldn't be done.  Jon announced this at the right time so I jumped on it.

By the time I figure the time to put the car on a trailer and take it to a fabricator, plus the delay because I could not start that step until the engine is back together and reinstalled it didn't seem like a good use of my time to "save" $100-$200.  Then of couse, I'm having it fabricated in SoCal where the best quote I received from reputable fabricators was closer to 2X that price.

I understand it's not really fair to compare my dedicated racing project with those of you working on the smallest possible budget and your daily driver.  It's not that I have an unlimited budget but with the Tec3, new Garrett turbo, Tial wastegate & BOV, engine internals, Racepaq G2X, etc. and my desire to get it running sooner rather than later, this was the best course for me.

YMMV.

Sweet plans  Can't wait to see the final completed project. Are you building a club racer? What body and class will you be racing with.

Yes, it's a Club Racer and/or NASA GTS.  D Mod with an E30 is the plan.
