I am lucky to have this article from Road & Track Magazine's  August, 1990 issue profiling the release of the 1991 BMW 318is.  Wanted to share...

this is a repost but it is still a great find.  i believe the article was posted somewhere else on this forum..  man i love our cars..

Wow thanks for posting this up, I hadn't seen it before.  That was a pretty good read, cool to see that they liked the car and thought it would do well.  I especially like the part at the very end: "throttle lift oversteer is well controlled."

ah..late on this one i guess ;) oh well, I scanned it in from the original.  Figure i will leave it up for those who didn't catch it the first time around.

Anyone else have articles of a similar nature?  Or possibly advertisements for the 318is?
