Hello Guys ,

here is my story ,
ive had some problems with bad idle . ive changed the icv valve
changed the vac tubes under the intake and cleand the amf , still had some probs with bad idle
now yesterday the engine stalled , after starting the engine ive drove home at my home he stalled again
now i cannot start the engine the engine crancks but wont fire
ive got no fule and no spark , i was thinking about the cranck sensor what do you guys think ?

Crank sensor is a good possibility.
That's what my kids 318i was doing and I replaced it.

Pull and test it with an ohm meter? Should be around 550ohms

Ive found the problem crank sensor broken.

Glad you figured it out.
I went with a genuine bmw crank sensor as I read numerous issues with cheaper replacements.

thanks for the tip i think i will ordere a oem crank sensor  :D
