Title: E30/E36 hybrid diff - STW replica.

Hi Guys,

Does somebody know if it is possible to swap the rear cover from an smallcase E36 diff on to a E30 small case diff? (and mount it on a E36 subframe-ish)
The 1995 STW cars had a diff which looks like a E30 small case.. but with two 'ears' on the rear cover.. like the E36 ones...

you can swap the rear cover from to identical diff, but be carefull, on E30 there is type 168 (small) and type 188 (big) on E36 IIRC there is 3 type 168, 188 and bigger but the biggest may be on M3
