Ive been around BMWs for the greater part of my life, been wrenchin for the past few years. My dad has a pair of e23 euro 735's, both 5 speeds. My roomate just parted out his 72 02 and now has a red 318is with an m50 sitting in it waiting to be fully installed... so yes we get weird looks for having two red 91 e30s in our driveway. But yeah, im all about bimmers, e30's and deff. m42's FTW. As far as mods go, I just have the Bilstein/H&R sport susp. Besides that Ive replaced most rubber components, the tie rods, steering rack, and oil pan w/in the last year.
no neither of them are parts cars, mine (in front) was down w/ busted oil pan, plus new tires and Stu just picked his up.

My valence is a bit dented in at the middle too. I've never tried to straighten it out.
bimmahVA, that auto-x/racing picture looks great... especially the paint. It looks nice, red, and shiney.

hey man, sweet car! I drive my 318is from D.C. to fredericksburg everyday for work. Richmond isn't too far from Fredericksburg, it'd be cool to check out your rides.
