Title: magic mind boggleing fog lamp

For some reason my fogs stay on no matter what. My passenger side fog hass no power also. I pulled the k3.k4 and k8 relays....the fog light stays on. I completly dissconnected the swith from my dash.....the light is still on. I DONT GET IT!!!!

Pull fuse 29 and 30 individually and let me know what happens. What color is the K8 relay (lower right corner of the fuse box).

My guess is someone with limited knowledge hot wired your fog light circuit. If you pull fuse 29 and 30 and the lights stay on then they are wired to some other power source.

They shut off when the fuses are pulled....idk wat it could be

Do they shut off when you turn on the high beams?

I'm thinking that one of the relay is stuck on. Turning on the high beams should cut the power to your fog lights.

ive tapped  on all of the relays and pulled them all and  it stays on...and yes they stay on when my high beams are on.

I think I have figured it out.

Somehow the Yellow/Brown wire that runs to your fog light indicator on the gauge cluster is getting power. It's after both the relay and fuse, it also connects to the driver side fog light not the passenger side.
