I have a set of the stock single hole injectors, however I was doing some reading and since I may need to replace my current injectors (look pretty rough) I would like to "upgrade" to the 4 hole injectors. Does anyone know much about this? Basically I am wondering if it is an upgrade at all and which injectors are interchangeable.

Personally, I would just get the stock ones cleaned and flow-tested. I have messed around with various 4-hole type ones and had mixed results. The closest flow rate that I have found is Bosch 0 280 155 700. It is a little shorter than the stock injector so it does not seat as far into the intake, and the safety clips do not grip them quite the same way as stock which always made me VERY uneasy.
SUPPOSEDLY these are drop-in replacements for stockers:

They look like they are the right length based on the given specs, although the flow seems to be ~20% higher. It would be sort of an expensive experiment versus just having the stock ones cleaned.

Yea good point. I should just send my injectors off and be done with it.

Yeah, just getting the factory ones cleaned is the best option IMO. Other ones dont fit correctly or have a different flow rate which messes with the tune.
