The question is hard to answer. What trim is the turbo? There are a few different versions. Is it ball bearing or not? Genuine Garrett or not?
The turbo will be fine for your motor as it has the T3 turbine which is great for a 4cyl. If you are running E85 you could run a lot more boost than 10psi.
This turbo, depending on trim is a high 300 to mid 400 wheel hp turbo

Not with those injectors. The thing with e85 is you need way more fuel so If youre going that route you need much bigger injectors. Maybe go meth instead

umm... No one knows.. But you can find out :D Your limit right now is if you dont plan on getting head studs and an mls or o-ringing the block. Other than that theres no reason to believe that you cant safely run 15psi. Yeah, theres high compression but so are most of todays turbo cars. The tune will be your key. Do you have a good tuner?
You can find injector calculators online. Im not positive but I would think youll need atleast 800cc.

Whatever injector size you need with petrol, multiply by 1.5 to get the size you need with E85 with a little headroom.
I can't really recommend any of the ebay/china turbos. I suppose if you do look for a GT2871R knockoff.
