Are Valve Cover Bolt Threads Replaceable?

I have some stripped threads on an M42 head. Is this sleeve replaceable?

You are going to have to use a Timesert or a Helicoil to repair that.  Very common on the M42.

I bought a Helicoil-style thread repair kit. Drill, tap, install, done.
