Number 8, the front valance?

I did mine not too long ago. You need to:

1) Pull the front bumper off by removing the two large Torx bolts that hold it to the shocks, then slide the bumper straight out to the front. Don't forget to disconnect/remove your turn signal bulbs. The side markers can be pulled with the bumper in place, the front ones are going to have to be pulled from behind the bumper after you pull it out a little bit. Two people really helps here.

2) Remove the grilles. If you can't figure this out, stop here and call a body shop.

3) Remove the bumper supports, one on each side of the fender ahead of the wheel well. Two large bolts from behind, somewhat of a stretch to reach from underneath but not bad.

4) Two bolts on each side go into the valance through the bottom front corner of the fender, where it meets the valance. Hard to describe, but pretty easy to see once you have the grille and bumper off.

5) Four bolts, one on each side of the vertical radiator supports next to the radiator, and one on each side below the radiator.

6) At some point here, you need to have already disconnected the wiring harness retention  straps that hold the harness to the backside of the valance. Also don't forget to disconnect the air temperature sensor in the driver's side air duct, and the foglights if you have them.

You'll have to massage the valance out from the fenders on each side, but I believe that is it.
