Thanks gang,

This is the body of an email I received from http://www.gaugeman.com:

Hi Bill -
My GMOP2 adapter was designed just for that purpose - it's "Y" shaped with 2 outlet ports (see website). One of the ports is threaded 1/8-27 NPT which will accept the sender that comes with your new gauge. The other port is threaded M12 X 1.5 which is the same thread size as the existing oil pressure warning light sender.
The adapter mounts at a right angle with proper clearances for the E-30. So - you remove the stock oil pressure warning light sender from the port, install the GMOP2 in the port and install the oil pressure warning and pressure gauge senders into the GMOP2 - wire them up (use the existing warning light wiring for that sender) and you're ready to go.
Here are some prices VDO "VISION":
350-106 Gauge - 100 psi ---------------------- $24.00
360-086 Sender - 100 psi ---------------------   26.00
240-016 Gauge Cup - Black ------------------   14.00
GMOP2 Adapter ------------------------------------    45.00
Wiring Kit ----------------------------------------------    10.00
                                                   Total    $126.00
