In the process of refreshing my timing components I noticed my profile gasket looks like my gut hanging over my beltline.

And my upper pan gasket is similar

Do you advise replacing? Probably a stupid question but on the off chance I might save a bunch of work I'd thought I'd ask.

IMHO better now than later. The profile gasket does tend to squeeze out a bit, even when it's good. Post some pics if you get a chance.
