Post by: Asterian on February 20, 2013, 06:51:46 AM
Hi all! In ETK I found that for M42 Radiator cap suppose to have 2.0 Bar "design", Same time on my car installed now 1.4 Bar. Please advice where is the truth and how critical is this.

It should be a 2.0 bar cap.  The cooling system might not be optimal with a lower pressure cap.

17 11 1 742 231  is the part number for the 2.0 bar cap.
