Did Spark Cut Damaging any components like Injectors?
I was running my M42 with the new kdfi everything was fine
but this day it wont start even with the original ECU.
I was testing the Spark Cut Rev Limiter the day before...

Spark cut can damage things, yes.
When the spark cuts, the injectors are still squirting away.
Once that mixture flows outside of the combustion chamber, it can ignite from the hot exhaust.
This burn takes place half inside the combustion chamber, and half outside, which is VERY hard on your exhaust valves.
You could have burnt up a valve. Likely? No. Possible? Yes.

If you have straight flow exhaust you will have flames out of it and your bumper may suffer :D
