Reconstructed title, I'm guessing that's the same as a salvage title?  If so, the seller is asking a lot of money for a car with a salvage title.

Nice looking ride.
I'd offer him half of what he's asking w/salvage title and drive it till it's doubled the current mileage then hand the keys over to some 16yr old.
