I just got a new headunit for my car yesterday. How can I get the old one out and this one in and then wired up.

Use a very small flat head or a hex screw driver to take the old unit out.
Identify your wires per this post: http://www.m42club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=403
If you've installed a radio before - easy as pie.
If this is your first time - hurrah - it's not that hard. Just disconnect your battery before you try and please don't rush.

My friend came over today and practically did the whole thing for me. I would have been super lost if I would have tried it. e9nine, thanks for that link, without that we wouldn't have been able to do anything.
