Title: did i do something wrong with my fogs?
Post by: nickmpower on December 12, 2006, 02:03:11 PM
I took my fogs apart and got all the rust off them and stuff and put new lenses on and now they just project a thin beam of light. Its really wide but really short, is this right?

well, that's why they're called fog lights :D
they should light up the road under very big angle (in opposite for high beams which light up the road almost horizontally).

unless if it's really a "line" of light. that can't be good.

i'd call it a line. Its like 1 or 2 feel tall on the wall maybe 25ft away

What lenses did you use?The stock lenses make a certain beam wich dissapears if you use clear lenses and the result is weird light.
